If you have accepted our terms and conditions while placing an order, it means that you are accepting our terms and conditions.
If you want to process a refund, please keep the following points in mind for this.
As all the products are downloadable so You may not apply for return or refund.
Refund is only possible if downloading link is not working, and we are unable to give you solution or alternate downloading link you within next 24 working hours.
If all downloading links are not working then 100% is refundable (if complaint in next 48 hours of purchase). Incase few links are not working than partial payment will return (depend that how many links are not working
